About the project
We are embarking on an ambitious journey to help a leading Customer Experience (CX) global company. This project centers on the design and deployment of state-of-the-art AI solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, intelligent document processing, among others. Leveraging advancements in Large Language models like GPT, Anthropic, PaLM and other open-source models like LLaMA, this initiative stands at the vanguard of revolutionizing how our client interacts with their customers.
About you
With over 4 years of experience, you are a seasoned Backend Developer, highly proficient in Node.js and .NET core. You excel at designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems. Your extensive knowledge of modern architectures, databases, and your expertise in Node.js and .NET core ensure seamless data flow and peak performance across projects. You are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest backend methodologies, and your exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and knack for fostering collaborative environments set you apart.
You possess a strong understanding of software design, encompassing SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). Additionally, you are versed in the fundamental principles of security, logging, monitoring, and providing support for projects in a production environment.
About your day-to-day:
Write clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems.
Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from concept to deployment.
Design and implement robust system architectures, ensuring they're scalable, resilient, and efficient.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that allow front-end systems and external systems to interact with the backend.
Design, implement, and manage database schemas. Optimize queries, manage indexes, and ensure data integrity and security.
Conduct and participate in code review sessions, ensuring that the team adheres to best coding practices and maintains high-quality standards.
Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure swift and secure code deployment.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and system tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production environments, ensuring system uptime and reliability.
Collaborate with Tech Lead to ensure the right infrastructure setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
Regularly communicate with team members regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.

What you'll need:
- 4+ years of Back-End Development experience
- Proficient with .NET Core / C#.
- Experience deploying microservices in AWS through CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced communication skills in English.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of GitLab.
- An academic background (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience
What's nice to have:
- Familiarity with additional development languages such as Python or TypeScript.
- Familiarity working with Large Language Models or NLP libraries.
For this position, you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.
