Role Description
Are you a UX/UI mastermind with a passion for innovation, a knack for quality, and a love for streamlining processes? Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a Hybrid UX/UI, Scrum & QA Specialist. You’ll be a multifaceted player, wielding the power of UX/UI design, Scrum methodology, and QA expertise. Design user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly, while leveraging Scrum to optimize our development process. Implement rigorous QA practices to ensure the highest quality standards across the board. The role is based in Barcelona but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Proven experience in user interface and user experience design principles.
Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools is a must.
Proficiency in graphic design softwares and a strong understanding of design principles.
Deep understanding of Scrum methodology and can seamlessly integrate it into the design and development process.
Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing processes.
Experience in quality assurance and testing processes is essential, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the textile and apparel industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
