We’re hunting for a passionate UX/UI Designer with a strong creative and technical foundation. Your mission? You will be responsible for:

• You will develop innovative, tailor-made solutions and projects from scratch for our clients, both nationally and internationally.
• You will work with the latest trends in user interface design, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies.
• You will deliver workshops and training sessions for clients.
• You will conduct UX consulting focused on software solutions (mobile, web, TV, Mixed Reality).
• You will lead UX dynamics centered on Design Thinking and Lean UX.
• You will create usability proposals to add value and simplify interaction.
• You will ensure a user-centered design approach by testing and iterating products.
• You will develop sitemaps, flows, and user journeys.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in interaction processes and research or project definition.
• Experience conducting client workshops or collaborative dynamics.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, Optimal Workshop, or similar.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in creating Design Systems.
• Strong knowledge of UX processes and methodologies.
• Experience with 3D modeling with Blencer or 3ds Max
• Experience in texturing, rendering and Lighting
• Basic animations for interactive UI.
• Fluent in English.
