What is our proposal?
We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team. This position requires a strong background in research methodologies and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Research and a proven track record of working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Initiate, plan and conduct research through various methods, including surveys, interviews (IDIs), scenarios, personas, journey maps, usability testing, co-creation sessions and analytics analysis… (60%)Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations, aligning with stakeholders, to make sure our UX strategy meets both our customers’ needs and business goals. (30%)Collaborate UXUI Designers and cross-functional teams to define research objectives and prioritize research initiatives. (10%)Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and UX metrics.Good practical knowledge of Google Analytics, UX metrics and similar analytical tools.Help democratise UX research across the organisation.
