The role you’ll play

As our AX & Lasernet Support Engineer, you will help ensure our HR/Finance team is getting great support and that the integration between our Finance services and our Platform is running smoothly. You know software and finance and finds it natural to help users and the people around you. You will work with several strong and experienced engineering teams who you will join in their efforts to produce great features that actual make a difference for our users!

The team you’ll be a part of

You will join and lead our Platform Finance Tribe, which currently consists of one team 2 employees and several freelancers, working closely with our Finance team on ensuring the money flow for our business and swift and easy payments to our Vendors. This team also owns several other key integrations between our finance team and our Platform like CRM and Datawarehouse information. The team is distributed and highly international and growing!

You’ll report to our Director of Platform Finance Services, and you’ll work closely with our Lead QA Engineer.

  • Becoming a subject matter expert in the services and integration between HR/Finance and our platform
  • Help role out new features and support users across our organization
  • Investigate, reproduce, clarify the origin of the problems we encounter with our services and take ownership and follow-up

  • You have helped built and deployed new features for Platform Finance Services team
  • You are successfully integrated into Platform Finance Services Tribe, playing a significant role in ensuring a tight collaboration with the HR/Finance team
  • Had fun doing it!
