We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Barcelona. 
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Aimsun’s IT infrastructure and delivering high-quality support to internal users.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of managed systems and services
 - Manage and secure Aimsun’s IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
 - Implement and promote best practices in IT and cybersecurity
 - Provide technical support to employees across platforms
 - Oversee perimeter and identity security
 - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on IT-related matters
 - Ensure compliance with information security, environmental, and workplace safety standards
 - Lead and maintain ISO 27001 certification and ongoing compliance
 - Conduct security audits, penetration testing, and incident response
 - Manage SSL/TLS certificates and other security assets
 - Contribute actively to process improvements and IT strategy
 - Respond to security incidents and assessments
 - Adopt and maintain policies, processes, guidelines, procedures, instructions relevant to the work and workplace
 
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field
 - Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud computing, networking and cyber security
 - 3-5 years IT experience
 - Microsoft 365 administration skills
 - Experience in on premise and cloud-based infrastructure management
 - Windows, Linux and macOS experience
 - Basic coding/scripting skills
 - Proven knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation and compliance
 - Fluency in professional written and spoken English and Spanish
 - Ability to work autonomously, proactively and thoroughly
 - Strong analytical / problem solving skills
 - Service orientation, flexibility, dynamic attitude
