What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain flawless visual build standards using industry-standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to build outstanding UI and UX experiences.

• Apply your expertise in Unity, particularly with Unity UI and Unity Animations, to improve our game features.

• Manage source control and development tools to ensure efficient project workflows.

• Develop technical art solutions that optimize game performance and visual quality.

• Bring your enthusiasm and technical expertise to help advance our products to the next stage.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists and team members.

• Work closely with collaborators to understand and implement their vision.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Maintain a demonstrably outstanding portfolio of your work.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working on social or mobile titles.
• Demonstrable skills with 3D packages and technical art.
• Expert knowledge of Unity and the game development pipeline.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work with ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• A curious approach with the ability to quickly switch contexts.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a drive to build world-class experiences.
• Ability to manage collaborator expectations and deliver results.
