About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a systematic, technically strong, and driven individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s peer experiences roadmap as part of the Gartner Product Management group. We are looking for impact-driven, self-motivated problem solvers bringing Full Stack experience.
Peer Experiences is a key initiative at Gartner focused on delivering faster, more seamless access to real-world peer insights. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the product engineering team and collaborate across product, design, and QA to drive the technical execution of the roadmap and elevate the end‑to‑end client experience. You will also play a critical role in mentoring engineers, fostering best practices, and supporting a smooth and reliable release process.

Must have
Handson experience with AI engineering, including using agentic workflows and tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to refactor, support TDD, and rapidly prototype.
Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability, thriving in fast-moving environments with changing or ambiguous requirements.
