We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide one or more of our software development teams. Put simply, you'll be the team’s go-to person for appropriately applying Scrum to produce high-quality work. Your duties will include ensuring that the team follows the Scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the team to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.. Ultimately, you'll help create and grow self-organizing teams that are fully autonomous, flexible and productive during sprints.


You have:

  • Deep Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, product and sprint backlogs)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Psychology or similar field to one of those


You will:

  • Coordinate and facilitate Scrum events and artifacts (meetings and backlogs)
  • Shield the team from distractions to ensure value delivery
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Team up with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to maintain alignment in the product
  • Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it


Requirements:

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Fluency in English spoken and written (B2 or C1 level)
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Scrum master.
  • Knowledge of other Agile methodologies is a plus (XP, Lean, Kanban, etc)
  • Knowledge of Scrum Scaling frameworks is a plus (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.)
  • Good people skills and emotional intelligence.
