What You'll Do

  • Encourage and lead a team of world-class professionals across multiple locations and fields, covering lifecycles, sales, events, promotions, and LiveOps specials.

  • Develop CRM strategies aimed at improving the performance of our sales, monetization, and retention cycles, including game launches, events, and customer onboarding.

  • Analyze the performance of your team’s activities, report on important metrics, and share findings with the wider business.

  • Work closely with the Product Team to build a roadmap packed with features you believe will deliver a great customer experience and revenue.

  • Develop innovative concepts to test by running LiveOps campaigns.

  • Understand industry trends and competitor offerings to guarantee we maintain a leading position.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams across the business, including Art, Product, Data Science, Solutions, Social Media, VIP, and Customer Service.

  • Review and drive decision-making around real-time important metrics, using a sharp and analytical outlook to improve every opportunity in front of us.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior CRM role within a high-paced environment.

  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent understanding of the gaming industry and current market trends.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Ability to develop and implement innovative CRM strategies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • More than 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or an associated area.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related subject area.

  • A passion for gaming and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.
