Basic Requirements

• Javascript / TypeScript
• Node.js, npm, express
• git (in a team setup)
• HTTP / REST
• SSL / TLS, PKI, AES, Hashing
• JSON, BSON

Would be great
or you need to learn fast

• Agile development methods & tools (JIRA)
• Work in 100% Linux environment (desktop & server)
• API design
• Real-time data processing, Websockets
• Message brokers (MQTT, AMQP)
• Docker and Microservices architecture
• ElasticSearch or other time-series engines
• Nginx and Reverse Proxy concepts
• Cross-data-center replication (global infrastructure)
• Distributed systems, scalability, high availability
• DevOps tools

Who should you be
apart from exceptional

• Holder of (at least) a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Young, spirited, energetic, easy-going person
• Interested in Internet of Things, gadgets, and technology in general
• Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset and can be put to good use
• Excited about working at a startup and on small, talented teamMessage brokers (MQTT, AMQP)
