What we need 
Sabio is looking for an Experienced NLP Expert to join our Professional Services team in Madrid and help us design and implement the most sophisticated integrations between complex CX environments for the most important companies across Europe.

You will be involved in the development and modification of multi-channel conversational applications, where the user interface will be voice and text.

The Job

Work with the team to:
  • Know the environments in which we work: repositories, scripts, internal organisation and that of our clients.
  • Interpret and use the technology and tools we work with to detect possible errors in it and propose improvements.
  • Know how the application code is integrated with NLP technologies and know the available resources and limitations, as well as the teams in charge of its development and maintenance.
  • Manage with autonomy the different processes derived from UX improvement, proposing reports with conclusions and improvements if applicable.
  • Actively participate in the projects providing an integrative vision between the development and linguistic teams, supporting both in the methodology related to NLP tools and processes.

In short, having the answer to what needs to be done and how it should be done in the most efficient way using the tools and resources available.


  • Knowledge and experience of the NLP tools we work with (Nuance, Microsoft, Google).
  • Knowledge and experience in programming and scripting (Phyton, bash, ...).
  • Experience in dealing with the client, in requirements gathering, design, validations, ...
  • Experience in UX improvement at the level of design, development, analysis and continuous improvement NLP associated with bots.
