Job Description

TOQIO provides the tools to change how business banking can be delivered.

Our platform bridges the gap between businesses and their financial services to power their business processes with innovative products and services.

The role will involve being responsible for managing technical service-related operations in TOQIO.

  • Oversees the work on engineering, IT or maintenance staff to ensure all jobs are completed on time.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies. Management of physical inventory levels, monitoring and replenishment as needed.
  • Monitoring online security for users and networks and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary.
  • Coordinating a technical support team
  • Communicating externally and internally with different stakeholders

Experience required:

  • 4+ years experience in similar position
  • Leadership management
  • Understanding of TOQIO technology and releases
  • Proficiency on written and verbal communication
  • You feel comfortable expressing yourself in English

  • Experience with different frameworks and technologies

  • Knowledge on German and French

Salary, benefits & Perks

  • 35.000€ to 50.000€ depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience
