We are looking for an experienced, technical engineering manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers to maximize the customization capabilities of the product.

The Flows team works on low-code/no-code solutions complementing the existing extensibility features in our product. The team plays a critical role in the consolidation of the different orchestration solutions as part of the long-term vision the company is working on.

This ambitious plan requires a close collaboration with multiple teams at the same time you ensure good engineering practices for a reliable and scalable product.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the product roadmap, shaping the future of the product, developing the talent of the team and building a team centered on people and engineering excellence.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Build and foster inclusive, innovative, and high performance team.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.

  • Identify and nurture talent, promoting growth and skill development.

  • Partner with every individual on the team to enhance their skills through coaching, training, and mentoring while aligning it to their personal and company goals.

Technical Strategy and Execution

  • Define and enforce unified patterns and practices for backend services and APIs.

  • Oversee and contribute to the design and implementation of reusable building blocks for dashboards and backends.

  • Ensure high standards for code quality, performance and reliability.

  • Drive the adoption of technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead and oversee technical and engineering roadmaps to ensure inclusion in overall all plan.

Planning, Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with your leadership and product to align technical strategy with overall business goals.

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage the delivery of projects and initiatives while aligning with business goals.

  • Work with product, designers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.

  • Represent the teams in cross-functional meetings including providing updates on progress and risks.

  • Facilitate effective communication within the teams and stakeholders building transparency and alignment.

You might be a good fit if you

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Technical Engineering Manager.

  • Have experience leading a large or multiple full-stack software engineering teams.

  • Technical background with hands on experience in building end to end full-stack systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals and the team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to balance technical and business considerations while delivering high quality results.

  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and prioritization across multiple fronts.
