Digital Product Manager in Barcelona

We are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead our digital product chapter and drive innovation. If you’re passionate about managing cutting-edge products with a global impact, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team.

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:

• Lead the global product strategy and development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and successful product launches.
• Address customer, employee, and market needs through product improvements and new initiatives.
• Define key business initiatives with senior leadership and ensure effective communication of strategy and priorities.
• Monitor product performance using metrics, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to foster innovation and ensure product quality.
• Lead and develop a high-performing digital product team, driving a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

• At least 7 years of experience in digital product management or related roles.
• Proven experience in leading the development and launch of successful digital products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and teams around product strategy.
• Ability to analyze market data and consumer insights to drive informed product decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure product success.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for product innovation.
• Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external partners to enable digital transformation.
