Job Summary 

We are seeking a Mobile App Marketing Specialist to help grow the Ria Money Transfer app by driving app discoverability, acquisition, and engagement across the french market. This role will primarily focus on paid media acquisition but will also support App Store Optimization (ASO) and CRM efforts to drive trial and repeat usage. 

The ideal candidate is performance-driven, data-oriented, and excited to contribute to the growth of a high-impact fintech app.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Paid Media Acquisition (Primary Focus) 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across mobile channels (Google App Campaigns, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc.) 

  • Manage budget allocation and optimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) 

  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives 

  • App Store Optimization (ASO) 

  • Support keyword research and metadata updates to improve organic discoverability 

  • Monitor app store performance and conversion rates 

  • Coordinate with localization teams to optimize ASO across multiple markets 

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to execute onboarding, retention, and repeat usage via push notifications, in-app messages, and email 

  • Analyze user journeys to identify opportunities for lifecycle marketing improvements 

  • Reporting & Analysis 

  • Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports 

  • Generate insights from data to guide strategy and optimization 

  • A/B test campaigns and app store content to improve effectiveness 
      
      

  • Collaborate with Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with local regulatory requirements 

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities 

Qualifications 

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing/mobile app marketing, with a strong focus on paid user acquisition 

  • Hands-on experience with mobile ad platforms (e.g., Google UAC, Meta Ads, ASA) 

  • Familiarity with ASO and CRM tools and techniques is a plus 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Branch Appsflyer, Firebase, or similar 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, product, analytics) 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment 

  • French and English fluency 

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience marketing apps in fintech, remittances, or international markets 

  • Familiarity with MMPs, BI dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or SQL
