We are looking for a talented and motivated Cloud Architect to manage
our high-performance hybrid cloud system (involving on-premises
systems, third-parties datacenters and commercial cloud providers),
assisting in the implementation of ubiquitous execution environments and
monitoring the performance, security and health of the systems.
Minimum requirements (at least 2 years of experience)
* Extensive knowledge of Linux architecture, administration, configuration and automation
* Experience working with cloud computing (like Azure, SoftLayer, AWS, OpenStack, S3 interfaces…)
* Experience of network administration and security (VPN, firewalls, routers, DNS, DHCP, LDAP…)
* Experience with virtualization and containerization (specially Docker)
* Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
* Experience working with Git
Other desirable skills
* Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, or similars)
* Knowledge of configuration management software (Puppet, Chef, Ansible or similars)
* Knowledge of webservers (Apache, Nginx) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) administration
* Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
* Ability to work in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
* Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
