    ​Who we are:

    ​The Criteo Performance Business Intelligence team (CPBI) at Criteo sits between the business and technologygroups. Our business is built on a data driven culture, and our analysts are involved in driving insights and enabling decisions across the organization.

    Our main missions are to identify, define, produce, and automate sales and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all Criteos, with a strong focus on senior management. This is a unique opportunity to develop business and data skills.

     

    Overview:

    We are looking for a highly motivated intern based in Barcelona to partner with our team orientated towards commercial leadership and planning teams for 8 months (or more if desired). The ideal candidate does not need prior experience, but must bring an immense appetite to learn, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.

    About The Team:

    You will join an international team (New York, Barcelona, Paris) with a diverse set of strengths (everything from project management to data modelling and visualization). The team is at the heart of business intelligence for a wide range of internal teams and disciplines. We work closely with various commercial and finance teams to identify the most valuable data points that drive the business and enable them to get insights from them through intuitive and self-service tools. We get to play with exciting technologies such as Vertica, Azure, Databricks, Power BI to grow the portfolio of reports that we offer to internal stakeholders.

    What you will do:

    Criteo and our stakeholders are constantly finding new ways to innovate, and our reporting suite is critical for tracking progress. As an intern, alongside the rest of the team you will be responsible for  

    • Working with stakeholder to analyze and understand their business needs to translate them into technical requirements

    • Building, running and updating existing reports based on the company needs and transformations

    • Exploring, validating and fixing data issues to provide high quality service to Criteos

    • Maintaining and improving processes (specification, procedures, and user training material).

    Our objective is that by the end of the internship, you are equipped with the skills and experience to work in data full time.

    Who you are: 

    • Degree from a business or quantitative field

    • Must be eager to learn, proactive and analytical

    • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

    • You are versatile, self-driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on

    • You value teamwork and building rapport with individuals

    • You have a demonstrated interest in Internet and technology

    • Bonus: experience in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), PowerPoint, SQL, and BI restitution tools such Power BI (or equivalent)
