We are looking for software engineers to develop and improve our integration with Salesforce and our backend code. We have several services and APIs to build the e-commerce, as well as to do video streaming and video encoding, and Salesforce integration.

Backend stack is based on: Rails 6.1, AWS, Docker, k8s, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Varnish, Sidekiq, Resque, and SQS.
We are obsessed with quality: we use Code Climate, have a coverage of more than 95% (rspec), and do extensive code review. Also, we have a dedicated QA team that implements functional testing.
We follow continuous integration and deploy to production several times every day.
We are divided in small teams that follow SCRUM with one product manager and one QA engineer
We use New Relic for profiling our apps. Rollbar to gather all the production errors. And Datadog for monitoring our systems
What we expect from you:
Experience in Salesforce APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming APIs, Salesforce Service Cloud, Process builder, WorkFlow, Flows, and VisualStudioCode
Have knowledge and experience with relational databases, database design, SQL and ActiveRecord, NoSQL databases like Redis, and message queuing services (we use SQS and Sidekiq).
Experience with real production environments that requires 99.99% uptime
Maintain and evolve current Salesforce integration with our platform.
Develop and improve our Rails APIs and services.
Write correct and clean code; consistently following stated best practices.
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
A team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
