Team Leadership: Lead and expand the engineering teams, promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Foster professional development within the team and lead hiring processes to fill key roles.
Process Optimization: Improve workflows and development processes, ensuring best engineering practices are implemented across the organization. Establish a scalable and agile environment.
Performance Management: Implement clear performance and quality metrics. Oversee the technical infrastructure, including system architecture, networks, and deployments, to ensure high availability and performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer teams, etc …. to ensure that technical developments align with business and customer needs.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and evaluate new opportunities to incorporate innovations that strengthen Landbot's offering. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Collaborate with the Finance and HR teams to develop annual budgets and resource allocation plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
