What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to to design effective test strategies, identify quality issues and drive resolution.
- Champion best practices in testing, testability, and maintainability of test suites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer in Test or similar role.
- Minimum 4 years of proficiency in Kotlin, Swift or any other language like f.e. Java
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as XCUITest or similar.
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Experience with performance testing.
- Familiarity with CICD systems (GitHub Actions).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

We work on complex code to develop TomTom's Navigation Software Development Kit, integrating technologies provided by other Product Units and enabling our customers to easily build competitive navigation applications.
