As the Technical Product Manager Lead (TPM Lead), you will play a key role in shaping this innovative ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the end-to-end product delivery process, ensuring that every feature, product, or bug fix is executed with precision and aligned with strategic goals. From defining technical requirements to managing complex dependencies and overseeing infrastructure-heavy projects, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering solutions that empower our customers and drive the company’s growth.

Own and enforce the product delivery framework, ensuring it is rigorously applied across all initiatives, from large-scale programs to small improvements and bug fixes.
Maintain a clear understanding of the status of every product, feature, or bug in the delivery pipeline, from product definition to release.
Ensure that all required documentation, designs, and scopes are prepared by Product Managers and UX Designers for smooth handoff to engineering and QA teams.
Establish and monitor stage gates for transitioning features or products between phases, ensuring all necessary criteria are met.
Act as the central point of coordination for all teams involved in delivery, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers, providing regular feedback to enhance their technical and professional skills.
Set clear goals for the team and ensure alignment with the company’s product and business objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Collaborate with the CEO to define and prioritize the product and project strategy for assigned areas.
Ensure that roadmaps and initiatives are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
Review and approve strategies and plans proposed by Product Managers to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other key departments (Engineering, QA, UX, Infrastructure, Sales, and Marketing).
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and implement improvements to the product delivery framework to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
Drive initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve process transparency.
Leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve delivery performance.
5+ years of experience in product management, IT project management, or technical project delivery, ideally in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple dependencies (e.g., software development, cloud infrastructure, or IT systems).
Strong understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them to large-scale projects.
Experience working closely with technical teams (engineering, QA, infrastructure) to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient project delivery.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong focus on execution and results, with attention to detail and the ability to drive efficiency.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes.
Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a collaborative environment.
Comfortable working in highly technical environments, with a solid understanding of software and infrastructure concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
