Technical Product Manager en Barcelona

• Own the end-to-end experience of onboarding and implementation for new customers-from infrastructure checks to in-product guidance.
• Design and launch pre-implementation assessment tools to validate customer readiness (network, hardware, systems compatibility, etc.).
• Define and execute a scalability roadmap, focusing on self-service integration, technical robustness, and operational transparency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, customer experience and design to deliver features that reduce friction and time-to-value.
• Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to define intuitive flows and scalable interaction patterns.
• Occasionally contribute to user-facing product design, helping ensure alignment between backend systems and great user experience.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with customers and internal teams to continuously iterate and improve.
• Define and track key product metrics such as onboarding time, implementation success rate, and reduction in support tickets.
• Facilitate technical conversations to evaluate trade-offs and ensure feasibility during the product lifecycle.
