We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehouses, built using strong engineering principles to ensure repeatable and reliable infrastructure. Experience with ETL tools such as SQLMesh, DBT, and Snowflake is essential.

What you'll bring to us:
- Minimum of 6/7 years of experience in Data Engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a lead position.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and architectures.
- Oversee data modeling and ensure data quality across multiple data sources.
- Implement and maintain data warehouses using best practices for reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver efficient solutions.
- Ensure data infrastructure is in place to support analytical and reporting requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Proven experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles for building repeatable and reliable infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with SQLMesh, DBT, and Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
