Position: Team Lead – Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Location of the role: Germany/Spain/Romania (Remote)

In your role, you will make an impact by…..

    • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team to enhance our CDP product. Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Product Ownership: Define the product vision and strategy. Drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding and product development. Implement practical solutions with a professional and pragmatic approach.
    • Strategic collaboration: Influence the future of customer data utilization in the hospitality industry. Contribute to high-level decision-making and company strategy.
    • Working with cutting-edge technologies in data management and automation.
    • Leading the implementation of innovative features to enhance our CDP.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

    • Coding Skills:
    • Proven ability to develop software applications.
    • Experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js.
    • Technical Expertise:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
    • Familiarity with Power BI Embedded for data visualization and analytics.
    • Experience with low-code automation tools.
    • Leadership Skills:
    • Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
    • Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
    • CDP Knowledge:
    • Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies.
    • Experience in data integration, warehousing, and analytics.
    • Marketing Automation:
    • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
    • Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management.
    • Professional Mindset:
    • Pragmatic approach to delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
    • Balance between innovative thinking and practical implementation.
    • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and leading cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborative Skills: Excellent English communication skills and teamwork abilities.
    • Ambition: Desire to take on significant responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role.
