Build38 is a cyber security tech company that provides unparalleled threat protection for mobile apps. We empower all sorts of organizations – from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers with the tools they need to deliver their mobile app use cases securely. We currently protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security on the market..
The Opportunity

We are looking for a Solution Integration Engineer to join our new solution integration team. You will be responsible for helping our customers in developing their mobile (Android/iOS) use cases using our solution. You will be interacting directly with the technical teams of our customers, working in a wide variety of technologies and industries. 

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and business challenges and recommend best-practice solutions and architectures for product integration and roll-out.
Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
Work together with the CTO, the Product Owners, and the technical teams to communicate customer needs and participate in the definition of new customer-requested features.
Analyze customer issues and escalate to Support and Product teams as necessary.
Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
Be an active participant in adapting our SDK to work on hybrid frameworks (IDEAL React Native).
Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of Build38 features.
Not be limited to product technical development, but be involved in the full Build38 project.

Who are you? There is no set route to become part of Build38. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: 

  • Advisable degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience 
  • Experience with either Android or iOS development 
  • Experience with hybrid development frameworks, such as Flutter or React Native 
  • Experience in interacting and working directly with customers. 
  • Experience in the CyberSecurity industry would be a huge bonus (mobile app security would be a huge bonus). 
  • Project-driven mindset.
