The Role 🤔

You will help develop and/or implement an SEO & GEO strategy for the organization, focusing on the technical aspects of SEO & GEO and process automation. You will ensure that SEAT CODE is efficient in managing its data acquisition processes, improving Core Web Vitals performance, and ensuring all technical aspects related to indexing and crawling. Additionally, you will be in charge of working hand-in-hand with the markets, reporting on the performance of initiatives, and helping them improve their results.

Responsibilities 🧐

• Provide monthly reports to the markets on the performance of SEO & GEO initiatives and propose improvements.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to enhance crawling and indexing processes.
• Manage key SEO assets in collaboration with the markets. Fine tuning of the SEO Assets.
• Create dashboards in Looker Studio to track main KPIs related to visibility, rankings, traffic, user experience, and conversions.
• Propose improvements and track progress on Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Support keyword research efforts.
• Assist the team with automation processes, data acquisition, and AI integration.
• Analyze server logs to gain insights into content crawled by AI bots, scraping processes, and search engine bots.

What we are expecting from you 🥰

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar.
• Experience and/or certifications in AI platforms will be highly valued. Experience creating dashboards with Looker Studio will also be a plus, as will experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Relevant SEO experience needed as well.
• Understand coding languages such as HTML and CSS, as well as best practices across search engines.
• Understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and the Google Webmaster Tools may be needed as well.
• Knowledge of main SEO Tools: Screaming Frog, Semrush, Seolyze, Answer The Public, Ahrefs, Sistrix…
• Capable of managing the SEO of an international site with multiple domains and languages.
• Experience with migrations and international SEO will be highly valuable.
• Fluent in English.
