As a Web Analyst, you will take full ownership of Web Analytics. You’ll work hand-in-hand with digital marketing to identify website and funnel optimization opportunities and track performance across the full digital customer journey. Your insights will directly influence acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies. You’ll also support tag management and work closely with the web development team to ensure a robust data layer for measuring and improving our digital performance.
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
Analyse website traffic and user behavior with PiwikPRO and other monitoring tools to provide actionable insights;
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the acquisition and conversion funnels (e.g. landing page improvements, form performance, CTA optimizations) partnering with our CRO specialist;
Develop dashboards and frameworks that go beyond reporting and help teams optimize for growth;
Support web personalisation projects enabling reports and data insights to enhance audience segmentation and personalized journeys;
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, helping to shape strategic decisions;
Add, modify and manage client- and server-side tags with Google Tag Manager;
What do we expect from you?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, development, business, statistics, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years experience in a web / growth analytics and tag management position;
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. PiwikPRO, or Google Analytics);
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles;
Familiarity with funnel analytics, customer journey mapping, or lifecycle marketing metrics;
Experience working cross-functionally with demand generation and content teams;
Solid experience with server-side tagging in combination with Advanced Consent Mode v2;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner;
Touch points with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques are a big plus;
Experienced with project management (e.g. Jira) and BI tools (e.g. Looker);
Frontend development skills are a big plus;
Excellent English communication skills;
Result oriented, takes initiative, positive attitude;
Driven, ambitious and enjoy dynamic fast working pace;
Self-starter, entrepreneurial thinking, and a team player;
