The impact you'll make:
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the Design team
- Conduct research to understand the different requirements and how users will interact helping to design the new platforms
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features
- Improve design standards, tooling, and processes.
Technology stack:
- Strong experience in design/usability research
- Strong design skills - Figma, Sketch, Xd, or similar.
- Strong Prototyping skills - Sketch, Figma, Invision, Axure, or similar.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
What you'll bring to us:
- +8 / 10 years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer/Researcher.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into the design process.
- Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, interaction design, and other relevant design disciplines.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and strategies to both design and non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Experience handling iterative design throughout an agile development process.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and technologies.
- Ability to independently solve open-ended and complex problems.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and solve problems independently and proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
*Remote role with required availability to travel to London offices from time to time.
