Join us as a talented Senior User Experience designer at Oracle NetSuite in Barcelona! By being embedded in the Templates team, you will focus on our design systems while leveraging your UX expertise to innovate and provide coherent product experiences. You’ll contribute to creating the best in class templates, that leverages our components and modules, for our product teams to build extraordinary experiences for our customers.
You will work closely with the Templates team Senior Manager and your role will focus on discovery and product design within the Templates space while working with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, UX designers, researchers, content designers and engineers to produce top-notch template experiences. You will be responsible for bringing all the knowledge about the award-winning Redwood design system, which we apply to our product, to ensure its principles are well understood and implemented.
You will be part of a cross organisational team that is constantly evolving our design system, collaborating with multiple product development teams in Oracle NetSuite globally. You will adapt the design system across our products, uphold brand standards, and ensure consistency in the user experience.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- You will apply critical thinking, design methodologies, and creative problem-solving to produce design solutions against the ongoing requirements.
- Leverage and expand upon our design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Work with multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, test engineers, designers, researchers, and writers in a dynamic environment.
- Produce high-quality UX artefacts that will support both the problem space and solution space as part of the discovery process.
- Produce advanced Figma prototypes to demonstrate experiences to stakeholders and finalise technical specifications for engineers.
- Become the expert on the Redwood Design system, to align on best practices and include as part of design solutions.
- Present design alternatives and effectively communicate design rationales and trade-offs.
- Demonstrate a passion for iteration and being eager to receive feedback.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity, and scope.
Qualifications/Skills
- Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the software product development industry.
- Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to produce advanced prototypes and design specifications.
- Demonstrate an expert-level knowledge of design and user-centred processes.
- A self-starter who can take directional input and execute independently.
- A stunning online portfolio showcasing your design process and a spectrum of innovative user-centred design solutions.
- A positive and resilient personality, with the ability to embrace feedback and a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills; office and company language is English.
- Experience with ERP and/or “big data company” and working in a design system is a huge plus.
