The Position
We are looking for an extroverted and output-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our team at a fast growing SaaS product company. You should have experience in creating and executing end-to-end UX research and feedback loops for both yourself and the team, working independently and in a structured manner. You excel in both low and high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, creating elements that the team can reference or use as a starting point, elevating the design work to be completed thoroughly and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Establish scalable feedback loops for rapid testing and validation, enabling quick iterations and refinements before product launch.
Meet with customers to understand their needs, research objectives, and goals. Coordinate the same for the team.
Conduct independent research on various aspects and features of prototypes and experiences, making sure that the design solutions are grounded in user insights.
Create prototypes and wireframes to test concepts and gather initial feedback before moving into detailed design.
Output Goals
Hands-on Mixed-method Research: Plan, manage, and execute research using a blend of qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methodologies, that you consider the best-fit for the need at hand.
Collect and analyze data to craft reports, including design and navigational recommendations, which will be presented to the Head of Product, leadership team, and designers.
Develop low and high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, creating elements to empower UI designers, enabling faster concept development and reducing initial design time.
Requisitos
Strong understanding of UX design principles, research methodologies and their application in product development.
A proven track record of designing and executing studies independently and systematically.
Skills to map user journeys, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional workshops that integrate user-centered design into product development.
Ability to translate research findings into actionable product design improvements and strategic recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years in UX, Product Design, Product Management or similar roles shipping multiple products.
Portfolio demonstrating strong process, quality and outcomes.
