We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in designing interactive web experiences at scale. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring a new perspective to our existing ways of working. At Printful, design includes both how it works and looks. We expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.
Your daily tasks will entail:
Reviewing and auditing the user experience of the Printful service and identifying improvement areas within specific user journeys
Creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts
Simplifying and distilling complex processes into simple, intuitive, and efficient UX/UI
Mentoring other designers and helping them grow professionally by sharing your knowledge
Participating in design reviews with the Design team and providing constructive, applicable, and impactful recommendations on improving the design quality and user experience
Collaborating closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams
What we expect from you:
6–8 years of work experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer, proficient in user-centered design, design thinking, design processes, prototype building, and design systems
A strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio specializing in ecommerce
Experience with UX design of complex workflows, an eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft
Leadership skills, shown through offering teams clear, actionable feedback with tact and respect
The ability to collaborate, listen, and learn from others and remain open to alternative perspectives and ideas
The ability to handle ambiguity and high complexity and be comfortable proposing recommendations, improvement directions, ideas, or solutions without having all the information
