What will you do?
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Architect, plan, and implement solutions using Magnolia CMS and modern frontend technologies.
- Take responsibility for delivery and maintenance of your solutions
- Help to improve Services incubators and extensions like our AI accelerator
- Client & Partner Engagement:
- Provide technical and architectural support for partners, clients, and prospects.
- Present and explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understand clients and their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Self Management:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work independently on tasks for shorter periods while maintaining alignment with overall project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
What do you bring in?
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong development experience in Java.
- Well-versed in modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with AI services in development and content generation is helpful
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in DXP/CMS/E-commerce solutions.
- Understanding of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Magnolia CMS or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with partners, clients, and prospects.
- Easy to work with and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to think and work independently for shorter periods while maintaining overall project coherence.
- Highly collaborative and easy to work with.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
- Open to feedback and willing to provide mentorship to junior team members.
- English speaking, German is a plus
