We’re seeking a sharp, solution-oriented Senior Salesforce Product Owner in Marketing Automation ready to move beyond routine maintenance and take full ownership of the product. This role blends technical expertise with strategic vision, part Salesforce expert, part business analyst, and part sales tech architect.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our Salesforce platform and its connected tools to empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. From streamlining workflows to evaluating new technologies and implementing scalable processes, you ensure our systems are optimized to support growth and efficiency across the organization.
- Planning of tasks and orchestration of topics in Product development process of 'Marketing Cloud Engagement' Automations and Customer Journeys
- Design and implement robust, maintainable solutions that support automation and operational efficiency
- Shape the architecture, configuration, and scalability of the Salesforce platform
- Ensure seamless data flow and field mapping between Salesforce and connected tools
- Lead API-based connections and middleware platforms
- Implement data quality controls including validation rules, deduplication, and sync logic
- Ensure data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR) within Salesforce and related systems
- Build and manage personalized customer communication Journeys
- Improve lead routing, user permissions, and record lifecycle logic in collaboration with other teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for technical configurations and process changes
- Follow structured change management for testing, deployment, and release cycles in multiple Business Units
- Provide advanced admin support, troubleshooting, and Salesforce platform best practices
