Join our ART Channels team and help us build high-quality e-banking solutions. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll design and implement advanced test automation frameworks, ensure smooth manual and automated testing, and guide your team to achieve top-notch software quality.
🧩 Your Responsibilities
💻 Automation & Testing
Act as an embedded QA Automation Engineer in an Agile team
Design and implement automated test cases using Cucumber/Selenium/RESTAssured/Appium
Automate tests for both UI and API, across mobile and desktop platforms
Execute and document tests in a fully auditable way
Create, maintain, and update regression test suites
🔍 Manual Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform manual testing when needed
Design test cases to ensure full requirement coverage
Manage defects from discovery to resolution
Explore databases to find relevant test data independently
Maintain a strong focus on risk-based testing
📈 Continuous Improvement & Support
Lead quality initiatives within your team
Align testing practices with our Global Test Strategy
Collaborate with Domain Test Managers to improve QA processes
Share your expertise in QA and mentor the team in quality best practices
🧠 Your Profile
✅ Must-Have Experience
Solid background leading testing activities in Agile and preferably DevOps environments
Strong skills in Test Case Design (TCD) and risk-based testing
Proven experience with automated testing tools:
Hands-on experience with manual testing
Good knowledge of Jira; XRAY is a plus
SQL knowledge and ability to explore databases on your own
Experience with web and mobile e-banking solutions is a strong advantage
