About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and / or Growth, with a focus on Organic Growth strategies

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).

  • Solid project management skills with a focus on prioritization and collaboration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital trends.

  • Experience in online travel, hospitech, or SaaS is a plus.

Your Mission:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for SEO and SEM, you'll be instrumental in driving organic and paid traffic and improving Amenitiz's online visibility, directly collaborating with Growth Managers and Content teams. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute Global SEO and SEM strategies: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings.

  • Ensure efficient local execution: support in definition of local strategies aligned with the global direction, ensure constant monitoring, reporting and optimization to drive demand generation impact, deploy best practices for efficiency of scale

  • Coordinate content creation and optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, search engine optimized content

  • Track and analyze website and campaign performance: Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities. Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.

  • Technical and Local SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to improve website crawlability and indexation. Optimize for local search to increase visibility in target markets.

  • Present Data-Driven Insights: Constantly optimize & drive impact across markets based on data driven insights & best practices. Prepare and present reports and recommendations based on experimental data to stakeholders, including executive-level management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to achieve organic growth objectives.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)

  • Ability to conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic and paid search growth.

  • Support the web team: work together with the web team to optimize website conversion
