YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Senior Experimentation Scientist to help elevate experimentation practice across product teams in Glovo and sister companies in Delivery Hero. You will be leading everything data-related in our internal Experimentation Platform.
THE JOURNEY
- Create and manage core data products that are used for analysis across the experiment lifecycle
- Conduct discovery and build an in-depth understanding of how different verticals are running experiments and find actionable points for improvement.
- Standardize experiment measurement across different organizations
- Create experiment analysis automation leveraging different inputs/outputs generated by our platforms
- Conduct meta-analysis on experimentation activity at the global level
- Provide advisory, training, and support to platform users to raise the bar in their experimentation practice
- Contribute to the Experimentation Platform roadmap
- Build healthy relationships with the analytical leads across the organizations
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Hands-on experience in building/contributing to an experimentation platform
- Hands-on experience working in product development as a Data scientist/analyst/engineer
- Demonstrable experience in building data products at scale
- Mastery in SQL and Python.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Statistics, Maths
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau
