We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on QA Manager to work on a cutting-edge software project with one of our major clients.
In this project, you will be working with an international team to help qualify a Search Engine AI software. This software is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide, so you will have a tangible impact on technology used daily!
Responsibilities:
Led and coordinated the International QA Team using Agile Methodologies and creating the technical roadmap for the project.
Set high-performance standards for yourself and your team and support the team to deliver to these standards
Communicate and align with the client (based in the US) the team's efforts.
Oversee the QA and test automation operations for the AI software system across platforms
Lead the test automation efforts navigating complex testing workflows and bringing scalable solutions.
Build E2E automation testing process to make the software more robust, user-friendly and bug-free.
Develop operative process from scratch allowing test management including KPIs and QA metrics to track the QA performance.
Deliver daily reports escalate key quality issues and drive to resolution

Key Qualifications and Skills:
About 4 years of experience in Software Development and 2 years in Managing QA testing automation teams
Experience building from scratch QA standard operating procedures (SOPs), including:
Strong testing automation development skills
Strategic considering broader and longer-term impacts but operational driving performance outcomes today
Experience mentoring other QA team members and assisting them with domain knowledge
Flexible and solutions mindset, identifying, framing the problem priorities and considering alternative solutions to fix it in an efficient way
Ability to pivot in times of change, being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency using English as your daily basis language
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Javascript and other OOP
Desired experience/skills:
Understanding of intelligent personal assistant software
Experience with Kubernetes
Comfortable working in a Mac environment
Experience with iOS is a plus
Experience with web services development
Familiarity with additional development languages such as Java, C or C++
