About the job
You will act as the central link between business stakeholders and IT development teams, ensuring end-to-end delivery, stability, and continuous improvement across platforms and processes. This is a temporary position with a duration from 6 to 12 months, depending on project needs and client requirements.
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog with stakeholders
• Coordinate Agile development cycles and participate in ceremonies
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage deployments across environments
• Validate deliverables and ensure quality standards
• Manage incidents, impact analysis, and escalations
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure and technical teams
• Manage projects end-to-end with structured planning and reporting
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
What we are looking for
• +4 years of experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar IT roles
• Strong experience coordinating Agile teams
• Experience using JIRA or similar tracking tools
• Proven ability to manage IT projects end-to-end
• Technical or engineering background is a plus
• Knowledge of energy markets is a strong advantage but not mandatory
• Fluent English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus
