  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Transformation to ensure governance adherence, standardized methodologies, and accurate reporting. Provide the information and materials needed to prepare Steering Committee packs, progress reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for senior leadership and shareholders.

  • Ensure change management, communication, and adoption across impacted business units.

  • Validate deliverables with Project Owners and SMEs, ensuring operational relevance and sustainability.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Media Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in transformation, Operational Excellence, or cross-functional business improvement roles.

  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects with measurable operational impact.

  • Practical understanding of broadcasting, media operations, or technology-enabled services (considered a strong plus).

  • Experience in process optimization, workflow improvement, change management, or operational restructuring.

  • Exposure to COO-level strategic work, including planning, prioritization, and decision-support.

  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

  • Knowledge of automation, RPA, and technology-enabled efficiency levers is an asset.

  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and process mapping.

  • Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills, including storytelling (PPT, Excel, dashboards).

  • Analytical mindset and structured thinking.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without formal authority.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
