We are looking for a Project Manager to join our App Personalization Team based in the very center of Barcelona. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate our personalization initiatives and use cases across over 35 product teams. The team is in charge of analyzing, defining, prioritizing and delivering seamless personalization features for our loyalty app in over 31 European countries.


In the Portfolio team, we are responsible for the strategy, product portfolio and new concepts to drive our personalization within the Lidl Plus App.

  •  Working in collaboration with all Product Managers & Product Owner of all Squads, the Project Manager will be the Go-To person for all Personalization efforts.
  • Understanding the company’s & countries needs and collect new use cases
  • Build up specific requirements for new and ongoing products.
  • Together with the management team, prioritize all personalization efforts to keep improving and adding functionalities to all the squad products and their needs.
  • Build up products and features documentation for both internal & external use.
  • Collaborate and manage the personalization roadmap aligned with our business goals.

  • Go beyond customer service: anticipate possible problems, understand how to manage the needs of a technical team in relation to the needs of our customers.
  • High level of Spanish and English is a must, German is highly appreciated.
