To support our Product team we are searching for a Product Owner (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As a product owner you will own and evolve the vision and roadmap for a digital E-commerce product and strive to maximize value and business impact.
- You will follow a customer-centric approach striving to understand their expectations and exceed them and gain an appreciation of our partner brands, delivering an ecommerce experience befitting their standards.
- You will foster strong relationships, engage and build trust with key stakeholders to ensure that their needs and objectives are captured in the product backlog.
- You will be working with a Scrum Team with an agile mindset in a scaled agile environment with heavy cross-team collaboration.
- You will be accountable for ordering and managing the Product Backlog, writing Product Backlog Items together with Stakeholders, QAs and Developers, and running effective product backlog refinements, sprint plannings and sprint reviews, involving stakeholders and end-users for a closed feedback loop.
- You will work towards empowering developers to design feasible solutions for the problems you give them, learning about the product’s technical details from them and helping them build business domain knowledge.
WHO YOU ARE
- As the bridge between business expert stakeholders and the technical team you have the ability to understand and dissect business needs and communicate them to a technical team.
- You have the ability to assess and balance business needs, ordering the backlog effectively and are comfortable understanding technical areas of the platform, being able to assess solution options with the team, balancing outcomes with business impact and long term and short term strategy for the product.
- You are comfortable working with the rapidly evolving needs of a fast growing company, proactively preparing for scalability and stability at volume.
- You have a passion for understanding the why and the what of the problems and are eager to solve them, while being able to say No or Not now.
- You have an understanding of ecommerce metrics and are able to make data driven decisions.
- You will be a confident communicator, both face-to-face and remote, running discovery workshops, long term planning and presenting ideas to senior management.
