About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Amenitiz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative solutions among independent hoteliers. Your mission is to create a structured go-to-market process that maximizes the adoption of new features. By translating complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, you will ensure that our messaging resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will serve as the critical link between product, sales, and marketing teams, accelerating the adoption of new solutions and contributing to Amenitiz's broader mission of empowering hoteliers to thrive in a competitive landscape.

Your Missions

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, collaborating closely with product managers to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.
  • Create effective product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that resonate specifically with independent hoteliers.
  • Produce high-impact marketing assets, such as sales decks, videos, and website content, that articulate clear business benefits and support the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify commercialization opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on launch activities and product commercialization opportunities, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of successfully launching products that achieve measurable business impact.
  • You possess strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities, allowing you to craft compelling narratives around our products.
  • You excel in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product teams, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
  • You approach your work with a data-driven mindset, measuring launch effectiveness and leveraging insights to continuously improve strategies.
  • A passion for hospitality. You care about helping small hoteliers succeed in a digital-first world and making a meaningful impact on their business.
