We're Happy Scribe, a 100% bootstrapped and profitable startup, based in Barcelona.

We are on a mission to break language barriers globally and bring audiovisual content to all.

We are building the #1 Audiovisual Platform by combining state-of-the-art AI with trusted language experts to produce high-quality transcriptions, subtitles, and closed captions at speed.

We're 35 people at the moment, and we're building the team thoughtfully and with a lot of care. How would you like to join us on this journey?

About the role…

This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona. Happy Scribe is office-first, remote-friendly. In other words, we aim to spend about 80% of our time collaborating in person.

As our Product Marketer, you will work within our go-to-market department and will drive our messaging, sales enablement and feature launches. You are a marketer with strong customer empathy, excellent communication skills and insightful analytical ability. You will be at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, and you will not only ensure that each group receives the necessary information that they need to excel, but you will develop messaging and communications that presents Happy Scribe in the best possible light to our customers and prospects.

What you will do…

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, customer success, sales and product teams on communicating the value of Happy Scribe to our users and prospects.

Here’s what the role involves:

  • Sales Enablement: Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and competitive analyses, to empower our sales team.

  • Feature launches: Plan and execute the go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates. Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches.

  • Content Development: Together with others in the marketing team help to create and oversee the production of content, including blog posts, webinars and videos, to drive product awareness and demand generation.

  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics for product marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

  • Customer Insights: Work with the Product teams to ensure we have continuous customer interviews and that we are listening and acting on customer feedback.

  • Product Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates Happy Scribe in the market.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Be the “glue” between the product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams. Ensuring that all teams get the information that they need to make decisions and to talk to customers.

What you will bring…

  • Deep expertise in product marketing within a B2B Saas environment.

  • Proven track record of creating effective sales enablement materials.

  • An understanding of Artificial Intelligence and significant experience using AI effectively in your day-to-day work to increase your productivity.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software (particularly Hubspot), and analytics platforms.
