What to expect?
As a Product Manager, you will take a role that plays a crucial function in our company's evolution and growth. You will define and drive the product's wind vision, strategy, and roadmap working closely with cross-functional departments. This includes executing projects that support the roadmap, gathering insights from customers and key stakeholders, and coordinating with designers, developers, data analysts, and others to ensure that our product is delivering an amazing experience for our users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Defining strategy and discovering customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products. • Understanding and adding value for our different types of customers by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap. • Being the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user as well as communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users. • Focusing on the product’s adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers’ problems. • Balancing and analyzing multiple sources of information. • Owning key features from discovery to release and usage.

You will join our Product Team, where you’ll help shape strategy and drive product evolution. With a focus on enhancing user experience, we design new features while meeting the specific needs of renewable energy portfolio owners and operators. As part of Cloud Solutions department, we specialize in developing and operating a cloud-based platform for renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and storage. Our expertise lies in delivering modular digital solutions and advanced analytics, empowering asset owners and managers worldwide.

About you
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field
• +5 years of experience in wind asset management in the renewable energy industry
• Proven track record in operations, maintenance, performance analysis, and/or monitoring of wind assets
• Knowledge of business and performance metrics definition and usage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English to convey complex themes both internally and externally
Traits we value:
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Agile Product Manager in a SaaS product company
- Knowledge in digital wind asset performance management tools
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
- Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certification
- Desire to learn and understand new concepts or technologies
- Technical background or strong aptitude for OT/ IT technology
- Lateral thinking and quick learning abilities
And if you’ve got these in your back pocket, consider it a bonus:
• Experience in digital product management: defining product strategy and vision
• Knowledge of digital wind asset performance management and/or monitoring tools
• Background with SaaS products and/or OT/ IT technology
• Understanding of Agile project management tools such as AzureDevops, Jira, etc
• Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications
