We’re a development team that operates more like a startup within the company: we collaborate, explore, debate, and learn together. There are no silos or inflated titles, just a shared drive to solve real business problems through technology and common sense.

Some of the projects we’ve been working on lately
– Enhancing the search experience for users of our real estate portals in Southeast Asia and Latin America through a Personal Assistant integrated with WhatsApp.
– Extracting insights from those conversations and sharing them with our clients, helping them better serve property seekers and close transactions faster.
– Boosting lead generation in key strategic markets thanks to the improvements powered by our AI-driven Personal Assistant.
🚀 About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about discovery, someone eager to understand the business deeply, empathize with users, and work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and data to create products that truly deliver value.
We’re not looking for someone to just coordinate tasks or manage deadlines, but for someone who wants to discover, decide, and build alongside the team.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, open communication, and a strong bias for action.

– Gain a deep understanding of the business, its challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
– Lead the product discovery process, validating problems and exploring solutions collaboratively with your team.
– Turn insights into hypotheses and experiments, then test, measure, and learn fast.
– Partner with design, data, and engineering to build products people genuinely love to use.
– Measure results and learn fast: Iterate, adapt, and try again.
– Foster communication and transparency within a highly collaborative environment.

– Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-related role (you don’t need to have held the exact title).
– Genuine curiosity about how the business works and how to deliver value.
– Ability to think strategically while being ready to dive into details when needed.
– User orientation: We strive to deeply understand the people we build for. Since your focus will be mainly on LATAM and SEA, sporadic flexibility with schedules and occasional travel may be required.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You’re proactive and not afraid to jump on a call, whether with another team, a client, or a user to get the answers you need.
– A problem-solver mindset: More questions than certainties.
– Comfort working in environments with flexible roles and shared decision-making.

– Basic understanding of UX, analytics, and development (you don’t need to be an expert, just know how the pieces fit together).

A peek into the role and daily life directly written by the team you will be in:
– Our dailies start with a check-in. “My kid didn’t let me sleep,” “I’m pumped because I’ve got padel later,” or “My back hurts, just a heads-up I’m in a bad mood,” are pretty standard things you might hear first thing in the morning. It helps us read the team’s mood and take care of each other.
– We’re one team, product and tech, focused on solving a shared challenge. We’re not five individuals working in silos, nor two separate teams. We collaborate constantly: we make decisions together, learn from each other, and developers do pair and mob programming most of the time. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building together and values collaboration as much as outcomes.
– In our team, we like to share opinions and contribute. Everyone knows their role, but we often step outside of it respectfully, but intentionally. “I’d do it this way,” “If we’re aiming for X, I’d try this instead,” or “Mind if I join you on that if you’re reworking it?” are common things you’ll hear from us, especially the devs. You won’t be working with robots and ideally, that won’t bother you. Your opinion will count just as much as anyone else’s.
– As a team, we like to be supported, guided, and challenged but not told what to do. We explore different ways of solving problems, and that doesn’t happen by simply following orders. If you prefer to just do what’s asked, this probably isn’t your place.
– Right now, we’re a team of four developers, all guys, so our perspective is a bit limited. We’d love to bring in new people who can add different experiences and points of view.
– We run retros every two weeks. Our focus is to keep learning through doing, faster and faster, but we also believe in pausing, looking back, and speaking honestly. The retro is a space where everyone can share concerns, learnings, and improvement ideas. We take what comes out of those sessions seriously: If someone raises an issue, we try to act on it whenever possible.
– We’re passionate about new technologies. Right now, we’re squeezing everything we can out of AI both for development and to see how far it can push our business. Balancing brain and intuition.
– We care deeply about software quality: we write tons of tests, refactor often, and constantly clean up and improve long-term code. But sometimes we also write fast code (lower quality stuff) when we’re exploring ideas or running experiments that might not live long. A lot of our conversations revolve around one key question: “Is this going to stick?” Sometimes we bet right, sometimes not but we always learn.
– We embrace chaos methodically. We’ve been working together for a while, which makes us a fairly organized bunch. We manage user-story tickets, keep a simple Kanban flow (TODO–DOING–DONE), and have weekly syncs with our leads to share updates and get feedback. We make our meetings as dynamic and productive as possible, to brainstorm, decide, and move fast. That’s how we find unconventional ways to solve the challenges we face.
