We are looking for a motivated and analytical Product & Innovation Specialist - Biotech to join Ailin and drive our next wave of strategic growth. If you’re passionate about healthcare innovation, have a strong biotech or biomedical background, and thrive in identifying and developing strategic opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, shaping new products and projects that push the boundaries of healthcare accessibility and impact.

🎢 YOUR MISSION

  • Collaborate directly with leadership to plan and execute innovative products and projects at Ailin.
  • Analyze trends and identify strategic and new product opportunities to position Ailin as a leader in healthcare innovation.
  • Research, evaluate, and present new market opportunities with a focus on feasibility, impact, and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for assessing innovation projects.
  • Drive end-to-end strategy development for new ventures, from ideation to actionable roadmaps.
  • Build relationships and partnerships within the biotech and healthcare ecosystems to unlock opportunities.
  • Stay at the forefront of healthcare advancements to anticipate emerging trends and potential disruptions.

🚀 WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • A degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience, ideally within a consulting environment or in a strategic/analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for evaluating opportunities to drive actionable insights.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and creating value.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (professional level).
  • A deep understanding of and passion for the healthcare and biotech industries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
