By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of travel technology, working on challenges that impact our entire organization and ultimately enhance the experience of millions of travelers worldwide.

    What you will do

  • Develop and implement system architecture: You will design the overall structure of our system, select appropriate technologies, outline communication and data flow and establish guidelines for developing individual components. Additionally, you will create and implement strategies for scalability, data management, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Design architecture that supports AI innovation: Architect and implement solutions to achieve 90% AI-assisted case resolution, oversee the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform our customer experience, and design seamless integrations between our internal systems and AI capabilities.
  • Align system, data, and infrastructure architecture: By coordinating the data and infrastructure teams ensure that the systems are designed to complement each other, focusing on seamless data flow, efficient processing, and infrastructure support for system requirements.
  • Embrace and integrate technologies: Stay attuned to new technologies and assess their potential value for the organization. Evaluate how they might enhance existing systems and guide the integration process with thoughtful planning and collaboration if they align with our goals.
  • Collaborate and communicate: You’ll cooperate closely with different teams – such as Developers, operations, Data Scientists, or business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Solve problems and troubleshoot: Identify core issues and create lasting solutions: You’ll help prevent future disruptions and promote a more resilient and supportive technical environment.
