🎢 YOUR MISSION

• Lead and organize the marketing department, streamlining processes and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee and grow the B2C branch, with a focus on developing effective campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and mentor a content writer focused on social media and a specialist in SEO/SEM for B2C.
• Develop and execute innovative ideas for partnerships and affiliate collaborations to enhance brand visibility and growth.
• Propose and implement strategies to grow both B2C and B2B markets, identifying cross-promotional opportunities.
• Utilize tools like email marketing platforms to create engaging and high-performing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a cohesive and aesthetically aligned brand presence.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to optimize results.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the healthcare space.

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C and B2B strategies.
• A background in the healthcare industry or a strong interest in the field.
• Proficiency in tools for email marketing, CRM platforms, and analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively structure a department.
• Creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for proposing new affiliate and partnership ideas.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (professional level).
• A proactive, hungry, and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in-person from our Madrid office.
