We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data team and help implementing Modules to optimize the way our Production and Growth Operations are working.
Based in Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to work in the team with the CDO, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Data Analysts as well as with the CMO, Growth Managers and Game Managers.
Your future responsibilities and scope:
- Close communication and full transparency with the different projects' stakeholders to clearly explain your solutions
- Creating a Roadmap and followup on the projects including continuous syncing and solving issues raised along the way
- Implement high end scalable solutions, cost optimized and with high performance.
- Building prediction models for our players behavior and monetization
- Monitoring the results of the different Algorithms and proactively propose ways of improving accuracy and reliability for all models and entities
- Integrate ML Ops practices to standardize and monitor our ML implementation int Prod ensuring high availability
- Enable the game teams improve the experience we give our players based new ML models
- Full accountability on the end-to-end data solutions you implement
- Manage efficiently parallel tasks, being always on top of the weekly work plan
The profile we are looking for:
- Master in Data Science, Engineering or Computer Science
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ML models at scale
- Experience working with Big Data systems architecture and pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms and their Data/ML services (preferably GCP)
- Advanced proficiency and experience in Python and SQL including all ML related libraries
- Experience integrating Bayesian models in production systems
- Experience implementing prediction models
- Autonomy and ability to make decisions and make projects move forward while keeping transparency and continuous updates to relevant stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and good communication skills: straight to the point, focused on constructive feedback and positive mindset
